2012 (Junior): Constant competed in four races with the Raiders during her third season. She capped off the season with a 10th-place finish at Lock Haven, completing the 6K river run in 24:10 for a season PR. Her first race of the season resulted in a Top-25 finish at the Piper Open/Alumni Challenge on SU’s home course. During the track season, Constant was a PSAC indoor place-winner with the 4x800-meter relay and a qualifier for the open 800 meters.
2011 (Sophomore): In her second season with the Raiders, Constant ran in five races. She set a new collegiate best in the 6K during her final race of the season, posting a time of 23:29 at the Go Fast River Run from Lock Haven. Among her other races included turns as the No. 8 runner in both the gold race of the Paul Short Invitational and the Gettysburg Invitational. She peaked during the indoor track season, placing fifth in the mile and seventh in the 800 meters at the 2012 PSAC Indoor Championships.
2010 (Freshman): Constant ran in four races for the Raiders in her freshman season, highlighted by a 15:29 4K PR she posted in her first race of the year at the Alumni Invitational that was good for second overall and second amongst her teammates. At the Division II Challenge later in the season, Constant posted another PR, this time in the 6K, with a time of 23:58. During the track season, Constant was a PSAC indoor qualifier in the mile and the 3K and a PSAC outdoor qualifier in the 800, 1,500 and 3K.
Notre Dame High School: Constant earned eight varsity letters, four with the cross country squad and four with the track and field team while being guided by head coach Art Corrigan. She thrived in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters while earning Colonial League titles in the 800, 1,600 and 4x4 relay as a senior. Also, Constant was a District XI ‘AA’ runner up and a PIAA medalist in the 3,200 meters as a senior. She set a district record (5:08) in the 1,600 and won the District XI title. Overall, Constant won six Colonial League titles and three District XI titles. In cross country, she qualified three times for the state meet, placing 27th as a sophomore and 35th as a freshman. Her cross country teams won a district title and a Colonial league title. Constant also competed for the United Stars track club under coach Ken Abney.
Personal: Allison Nicole Constant is the daughter of David and Anne Constant.  Her major is mathematics and she is seeking secondary certification. She has two siblings: Rachel and Mason.
