2009 (Junior): In her third season, Meckley competed in one event for Shippensburg. She finished the season-opening Alumni 4K meet with a time of 17:56.
2008 (Sophomore): Meckley competed in three events during the season for Shippensburg, recording a 4K time of 17:46 at the Elizabethtown Invitational and a personal-best 6K time of 27:19 at the Lock Haven Invitational.
2007 (Freshman): Meckley was a consistent contributor in the first five races of her debut season for Shippensburg. She competed in two 4K races and two 6K races along with a 5K competition. Her debut race featured a personal-best 4K time of 17:04 in the SU Alumni Invitational. At the Gettysburg Invitational, she finished as the seventh-fastest SU competitor with a 6K time of 25:20.
Personal: Lauren Hope Meckley is the daughter of Craig and Barb Meckley. She is majoring in geo-environmental studies and has one brother, Jared, who attends Shippensburg.
