2009(R-Junior): Dell was Shippensburg’s lone All-American at the Division II National Championships with a 21st place finish in 21:32 to cap off yet another sensational season of cross country competition. Her performance was an improvement of 62 seconds and 12 places from her performance on the snow-packed national course in 2008 at Slippery Rock. She set a new 6K PR of 20:45 with a third-place finish at the Atlantic Region Championships to earn her second-straight all-region classification. Dell also placed third at the PSAC Championships with a time of 21:54, her third consecutive All-PSAC finish. Her 6K finish of 21:00 at the Paul Short Invitational was good enough for a 24th-place effort in a primarily Division I-laden field. Additional second-place finishes came at the Alumni 4K meet and the Mountaineer 6K meet. At the 2010 Division II Outdoor National Championships, Dell finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:20.37 that broke the previous meet record and established a new all-time mark in PSAC history. It extended her streak of consecutive championship seasons as an All-American to eight, a stretch that dates back to her seventh-place finish with the indoor DMR unit in 2008. During the indoor season, Dell ran the opening leg on the distance medley relay squad that finished second at the 2010 Division II National Championships and earned All-America honors for the third consecutive year. She finished the 2009-10 season as the PSAC Pete Nevins Scholar Athlete of the Year, becoming just the third woman and fourth Shippensburg athlete overall to attain this honor since its inception in 1991. Dell also became the only female athlete in school history to achieve ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America First Team awards on multiple occasions after winning the award in 2009-10. In addition, Dell earned a PSAC Fall Top 10 award for her cross country prowess and a PSAC Spring Top 10 award for her success in outdoor track. For her career, Dell has won four PSAC Top 10 awards, more than any athlete in SU history.

2008 (R-Sophomore):
Continuing her outstanding career at Shippensburg, Dell achieved national All-American status for her 33rd place finish at the Division II National Championships while also becoming the first SU athlete in three years to achieve first team academic All-American status. She was the second-fastest SU competitor for each of the eight races in which she competed and posted a new career-best 6K time of 21:35 at the Paul Short Invitational. Additional merits included an All-Atlantic Region certificate for a 10th-place finish and All-PSAC accolades for placing 11th at the conference meet. Dell placed second in her first 6K race of the season at the LHU Invitational and recorded three second-place finishes in meets overall. During the track season, Dell contributed to the DMR squad that won a national championship during the indoor season while earning an individual All-American certificate for the outdoor 1,500-meters along with an outdoor All-American certificate for the SU 1,600-meter relay squad. She is the only athlete at Shippensburg University to have achieved All-American status for each of the past four semesters.

2007 (R-Freshman): Dell made her debut on the cross country team after a stellar freshman track season by competing in four meets and never finishing outside the Top 20 while earning All-East Region honors. She capped off her season with a stellar performance at the NCAA East Regionals with a 13th-place time of 22:15. Dell made her debut at the 4K Dickinson Invitational and finished eighth with a time of 15:09. After shaving two seconds off her 4K time in the Elizabethtown Invitational, Dell was the team’s third-fastest competitor at the PSAC Championships with a 6K time of 24:50. Dell was also a part of the school-record setting DMR squad in track season that completed the 4,000-meters in 11:59, becoming the first team in PSAC History to break 12 minutes and qualify for nationals. During the track season she advanced to the mid-distance events where she posted times of 2:10 in the 800 and 4:34 in the 1500. Dell also anchored the All-Ameri¬can Shippensburg Distance Medley Relay team and ran a 56.2 split time for the All-American 4x400 relay team.

2006 (Freshman): Dell competed on the track and field team but red-shirted as a member of the cross country squad. She was named the PSAC Women’s Indoor Track and Field Rookie of the Year after she earned three Top 10 finishes in sprint events at the conference meet.

Boiling Springs High School:
Dell was the PIAA State Champion in the 200 as a sophomore and in the 100 as a senior.
