Biography

2011 (Junior): Again served as the Raiders’ primary goalie in her third season in the cage…started 16 of the team’s 21 games…named to the All-PSAC Western Division Second Team unit…made 31 saves (.721 save percentage) and posted an 11-4 record in goal, including four shutouts…allowed 12 goals in 886 minutes of action…posted a goals against average of 0.95, good for second in Division II…shutouts came against IUP, West Chester and twice against Mercyhurst…posted a career-high seven saves at West Chester…also had five saves at Bloomsburg in the third game of the season.

2010 (Sophomore): Set a school record for victories by a goalkeeper in a stupendous sophomore season...earned the starting nod in preseason and never relinquished the role...started all 23 games...named to the All-PSAC Western Division First Team squad...recorded five solo shutouts, the most prominent coming in the NCAA semifinals over Bloomsburg...contributed to four team shutouts during the season...finished with 52 saves...allowed just 15 goals...gave up multiple goals just four times and never allowed more than two goals in any appearance...compiled a 0.78 goals-against average...made a season-high six saves in a victory at Kutztown...tallied five saves in the regular season finale at East Stroudsburg...relinquished just two goals against in eight conference games...totaled at least one save in 17 of 23 games.

2009 (Freshman): Appeared in two games as a reserve goalkeeper for the Lady Raiders during debut season…patrolled the cage for the second half of a shutout against Limestone, recording one save…made three saves in 10:08 of action against Seton Hill.

Archbishop Spalding High School: Earned three varsity letters as a Cavalier in the IAAM under head coach Leslie Brady…also played for Capitol Pegasus club team and head coach Lloyd Conyers…started three seasons and served as a team captain as a senior for the Cavaliers…during her three-year career she recorded 272 saves, 22 shutouts and allowed only 39 goals during competition…twice selected as the IAAM Player of the Week and once served as Athlete of the Week in The Annapolis Capital Newspaper…named goalkeeper to the USFHA National Futures Championship team.

Personal: Full name is Ciarra Nicole Delost…is the daughter of Robert and Dawn Delost…majoring in criminal justice.
