2010 (R-Freshman): Appeared in six games for the Red Raiders in his debut season…earned a start in the season finale at Lock Haven…averaged 7.5 yards per carry…totaled 45 yards on six rushes…hauled in four receptions for 27 yards…played in the final four games of the season…ran for a season-high 24 yards against Lock Haven…caught three passes for 22 yards at Kutztown.

2009 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

Patterson High School: Earned four letters for the Clippers under head coach Corey Johnson…starred as a halfback and a linebacker…totaled 3,800 career yards…scored 25 touchdowns…made 55 tackles and had three interceptions on defense as a senior…ran a 4.36 at a scouting combine…selected as a Metro All Star in his senior year…was a two-time Baltimore wrestling champion and placed third in the state as a senior…also competed in track and field.

Personal: Full name is Jeryl Anthony Cole…is the son of Anthony Rasheed and Cheryl Wiley…major is currently undeclared…has three siblings: Jessica Riley, who attended Kansas; Shauna Johnson, who attended St. Augustine and Janico Royal, who attends Eastern Tech High School in Baltimore…his uncle, Cliff Riley, was a track star at Kansas in the 80s who won the 400 meters at the Pan American Games in 1983.
