2009 (Junior): Served as the team’s primary first baseman in his third year with the team…appeared in all 46 of the team’s games and made 38 starts, including one at third base…hit .274 with three home runs and 32 RBIs…scored 18 runs…tallied nine extra-base hits…struck out just 16 times in 117 at-bats…committed just two errors for a .994 fielding percentage…had multiple hits in nine games…ranked fifth on the team in RBIs…tied for the team lead with five sacrifice flies…drew three walks in one game against Tampa…went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs in a game versus Augusta State…strung together a season-long hitting streak of five games.

2008 (Sophomore): Started 62 games on the season, including 45 at first base, 16 at third base and one game as a designated hitter…batted cleanup in all but four games for the Red Raiders…hit .288 on the season with two home runs and 39 RBI…named to the All PSAC-West Second Team at first base… tied for third on the team with 10 doubles…led team with 39 walks…had on base percentage of .414, fourth among his teammates…contributed 15 multiple hit games and nine multiple RBI games…the team won 31 games when he started at first base…posted a near perfect .997 fielding percentage at first base, committing just one error…helped turn 27 double plays…in his one appearance as a designated hitter went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBIs and a walk…went 3-for-5 with three RBIs and two runs scored against West Virginia State in the regional tournament on May 15…named to the all-tournament team at the 2008 North Atlantic Regional Championships.

2007 (Freshman): Debuted as a freshman for the Red Raiders…played in nine games and made four starts…clubbed a single against Millersville…recorded RBIs against IUP and Eckerd…scored a run against Shepherd…finished with 15 at-bats… drew three walks and totaled a .900 fielding percentage.

State College High School: Won two varsity letters while playing for Coach Bill Tussey and the State College High School Little Lions…led team to a PIAA Class AAAA runner-up finish during junior season…helped squad to 18-3 record during senior year…also played for State College American Legion…earned a 3.7 GPA.

Personal: Born on Nov. 14, 1987…is the son of Dave and Terry Scholly…majoring in finance while at Shippensburg.
