2009 (Junior): Thrived as a valuable forward for the Lady Raiders in her third season…playing time increased throughout the year…ranked fifth on the team with seven goals…finished third on the team with five assists…totaled 34 shots on goal…started 19 games and appeared in all 23 games during the season…distributed her scoring amongst seven different contests…had a season-high two assists and four points in a victory over Limestone.

2008 (Sophomore): Continued to serve the team as a valuable forward in her second season with the team…made 19 appearances, including starts during the first four games of the season…matched her production with three goals while picking up two assists…scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory at East Stroudsburg…notched a tally in the season-opener against Southern Connecticut State…also scored at Seton Hill…recorded assists against C.W. Post and Mansfield…finished eighth on the team in points…fired 23 shots during the season.

2007 (Freshman): Made a solid debut with the Lady Raider field hockey team as a forward…recorded three goals and one assist for seven points overall during the season…appeared in 15 contests.

Personal: Full name is Amanda Kay Strous…majoring in psychology while seeking a minor in art.
