Biography
2008 (Senior): Broke the single-season record for goaltender shutouts (9.5) while being named to the All-PSAC Eastern Division First Team and receiving honorable mention on the 2008 Daktronics Inc. Atlantic Region squads…allowed just 21 goals, the fewest in six years…logged a career-high 1,840 minutes in goal and started every game…recorded 107 saves during the season, an average of 5.35 per game…compiled an 11-8-1 record…captained a defensive unit that faced 253 shots on the season…posted shutouts in six of the first seven games of the season…put together separate shutout streaks of 370:54 and 332:01 during the first eight games of the season…capped off a 20-save, three-win week on Sept. 15 with her third career PSAC Eastern Division Player of the Week award…repeated the feat on Oct. 27 with her fourth career PSAC Eastern Division Player of the Week award after two consecutive shutout victories…had at least one save in every game and at least five saves in seven games…tied her career-high with 15 saves in a home shutout over East Stroudsburg…exactly half of her starts were shutouts…ranked second in the PSAC in save percentage (.836) and shutouts, fourth in saves and fifth in the PSAC in goals-against average (1.03) and saves per game.
2007 (Junior): Named to the All-PSAC Eastern Division Second Team after a stalwart and stellar season in the cage for the Lady Raiders…logged more than 1,600 minutes in goal…started 19 of the team’s 20 games during the season…recorded a career-high 136 saves during the season, an average of 7.2 per start and the second-most in a single-season in school history…ranked second in the PSAC in total saves and saves per game…compiled a goals-against average of 1.68…totaled five victories on the season…captained a defensive unit that faced 332 shots over the campaign…posted shutouts in first four conference games of the season…held conference opponents scoreless for a streak of 413:39…exactly one-third of conference starts were shutouts…recognized as PSAC Eastern Division Player of the Week after recording back-to-back shutouts against No. 3 West Chester and East Stroudsburg…became the first goalkeeper to defeat West Chester in the regular season in three years, helping to end the Golden Rams’ 42-match regular-season and 27-game conference winning streak…tied her career-high with 15 saves in a road loss to IUP…made 13 saves in a 1-0 road loss to No. 12 West Chester…had five or more saves in 17 of her 19 appearances during the season.
2006 (Sophomore): Assumed the starting role and flourished, posting six shutouts and recording 132 saves in 18 games (all starts)…only allowed 25 goals on the season, and finished with a 1.36 goals-against average…won nine games and also contributed to two ties…recorded double-digit saves in five games, including a season-high 15 stops in a 1-1 tie Oct. 11 against Bloomsburg…notched shutouts against Mansfield, Slippery Rock, East Stroudsburg, Lock Haven and twice over Millersville...earned back-to-back victories twice over the course of the season.
2005 (Freshman): Did not play; mentored behind Meredith Yakscoe-Markle.
Conestoga High School: Started all four years for the Pioneers under coach Daniele Fagan in the Central League…posted the best goals-against average in school history (0.53) during her sophomore season while also recording a school-best 16 shutouts in 22 games…was a team captain and defensive MVP during her senior season.
