Biography
2008-09 (Junior): Excelled as one of the team’s most valuable sprinters while finishing the season as Shippensburg’s best backstroke swimmer…posted three scoring performances at the conference championships…finished fourth in the 100-yard backstroke (53.24), eighth in the 50-yard freestyle (21.93) and 10th in the 100-yard freestyle (47.68)...recorded the team’s best time in the 50-yard backstroke with a time of 24.56 seconds…had a sensational weekend at the GMU Patriot Invitational with the team’s fastest season time in the 50-yard freestyle (21.13) and the third-fastest season time in the 100-yard freestyle (47.42).
2007-08 (Sophomore): Proved to be a strong contender in the freestyle events, earning the third-fastest time in the 50 free at the Zippy Invitational with a performance of 21.63…swam the fourth-fastest time in the 100 free at the Patriot Invitational with a performance of 48.07…dominated the backstroke events earning the top performances in both the 50 and 100 back with times of 24.83 and 53.27 respectfully…earned the second-fastest performance in the 50 butterfly with a time of 25.45.
2006-07 (Freshman): Made a seamless transition from high school to college by emerging as one of the leading sprint freestyle swimmers for Shippensburg…recorded the team’s fastest season time and fifth-fastest in school history in the 50 freestyle …also recorded the team’s second fastest time in the 100 freestyle…was an integral member of the 200 and 400 yard medley relay team that finished third at the PSAC Championships…earned a ninth-place finish at the conference championships in the 100 butterfly.
