2021 Outdoor: Represented the Raiders in the 10K at the PSAC Championships…posted a season best in the 10K at Messiah and a season best in the 5K at the Paul Kaiser Classic…competed in four meets.
2021 Indoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Outdoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Recorded his first scoring performance at the PSAC Championships to complete his second indoor season…finished seventh in the 5K with a PR at the PSAC Championships…represented the Raiders in the 3K at the PSAC Championships…ran a season best in the 3K at Susquehanna…competed in four meets.
2019 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2019 Indoor: Represented the Raiders in the 3K at the PSAC Championships to complete his debut indoor season…recorded a season best in the 3K at VMI…competed in three meets.

Cross Country

• 1-Time USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region (2018, 16th)
• 2-Time All-PSAC (2018 First Team, 15th; 2019 Second Team, 25th)
2020 (R-Junior): Functioned as the team’s No. 6 runner in all three races during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic…narrowly missed out on an All-PSAC classification with a 35th-place finish at the PSAC Championships…posted a Top 10 finish at the SU Invite and a Top 15 finish at the LHU Winter Invite.
2019 (R-Sophomore): Competed in five meets for the Raiders in his second full season of cross country…earned All-PSAC Second Team honors with a 25th-place finish at the PSAC Championships…served as a scoring runner in all five races he competed, including turns as the No. 3 runner at the PSAC Championships and NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…posted a Top 10 finish at the Bloomsburg University Invitational…achieved an 8K season best at the PSAC Championships.
2018 (R-Freshman): Named the 2018 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Men's Cross Country Freshman of the Year to highlight a banner debut season…was the top freshman finisher at the 2018 NCAA Atlantic Region Championships and the No. 2 freshman in the field at the 2018 PSAC Championships…earned All-PSAC First Team honors with a 15th-place finish at the 2018 PSAC Championships, posting an 8K time of 27:40…achieved an All-Atlantic Region classification from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) after a 16th-place finish and a 10K time of 35:37 at the Atlantic Region Championships…served as a scoring runner in seven of his eight races in his debut season…finished with his highest scoring position as SU's No. 3 runner on four occasions – most notably at the Atlantic Region Championships and the NCAA National Championships…was one of six Raiders to compete in all eight races in the 2018 season…achieved his 8K season best at the Paul Short Run.
2017 (Freshman): Redshirt season.
Central Dauphin High School: Recorded multiple varsity letters for the Rams under coaches Rick Leuschner and Henry Klugh…won a District 3 medal in cross country…named to the Mid-Penn Conference All-Star squad as a senior in track & field and as a junior and senior in cross country.
