6K PR: 24.34.7 (Oct. 22, 2022, Go Fast River Run, Lock Haven)
2022 (Sophomore): Competed in six races for the Raiders in her second season…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 6 runner…achieved a new 6K personal best at the Go Fast River Run.
2021 (Freshman): Ran in five of the team’s six races during her debut season…served as the team’s No. 4 scoring runner at the Dickinson Short Invitational and in the season-opening Piper Alumni Open…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 9 runner.
Track & Field
2023 Outdoor: Redshirt season.
2023 Indoor: Competed in two meets in her second indoor season…achieved a new personal best in the 3K at the Gulden Invitational and made her collegiate indoor debut in the 5K at the DeSchriver Invitational.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in the 5K at the Paul Kaiser Classic in her lone meet of the season.
2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets in her debut season…established season bests in the mile and 3K at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia.
Mechanicsburg Area High School: Totaled three varsity letters in cross country and one in track & field for the Wildcats under head coach Brian Hager…was a two-time PIAA District 3 Cross Country Championships qualifier.
About Hostler: Full name is Sadie Joy Hostler…is the daughter of Bud and Heather Hostler…majoring in exercise science with a human performance & fitness concentration while seeking a minor in coaching…has two sisters, Greta and Vera, and two brothers, Asher and Owen.
