2021 (Sophomore): Continued to serve as a primary scoring runner for the Raiders in her third season…achieved her second USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region classification with a 21st-place finish at the Atlantic Region Championships as the team’s No. 2 scoring runner…served as the team’s No. 2 scoring runner at the Dickinson Short Invitational (third-place finish) and the Brown race at the Paul Short Invitational…was the team’s No. 1 scoring runner with a fifth-place finish at the Division II Challenge…functioned as the team’s No. 3 scoring runner at the PSAC Championships and in the season-opening Piper Alumni Open…received a USTFCCCA All-Academic designation.
2020 (Sophomore): Maintained her status as a top scoring runner for the Raiders in her second season…achieved an All-PSAC Second Team classification with a 22nd-place finish at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 2 runner…won the SU Invite with a 5K time of 20:30…served as the team’s No. 2 runner at the LHU Winter Invite with a sixth-place finish…competed in all three of the team’s meets during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 (Freshman): Earned All-PSAC First Team and USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region honors in a banner debut season for the Raiders…served as the team’s No. 1 runner in all six races…finished 11th at the PSAC Championships as the third-fastest freshman in the field…posted the highest place-finish by an SU freshman at the conference meet since Reynah Spence was seventh in 2013…achieved her All-Region honor with a 21st-place finish and season-best 6K of 22:30 at the Atlantic Region Championships.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the season…represented the Raiders in the 1,500 meters at the PSAC Championships, achieving a new PR of 4:50.41 with a ninth-place finish…registered a season best in the 800 meters at Lynchburg.
2022 Indoor: Contributed to an All-PSAC third-place finish in the distance medley relay at the PSAC Championships…represented the Raiders in the mile and 3K at the PSAC Championships, recording new personal bests in both events at the conference meet…established a new 5K indoor best at VMI…competed in five meets.
2021 Outdoor: Achieved her first scoring performance on the track in her debut outdoor season…posted a sixth-place finish in the 5K with a season best at the PSAC Championships…recorded a season best in the 800 meters at the Mid-Week Invitational and in the 1,500 meters at Millersville…competed in five meets.
2021 Indoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Outdoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Contributed to a pair of scoring relays at the PSAC Championships…ran on the fifth-place 4x800-meter relay and the fifth-place distance medley relay at the PSAC Championships…represented the Raiders in the mile at the PSAC Championships…achieved her season best in the mile at the PSAC Championships and in the 3K at VMI…competed in four meets.
South Lakes High School: Earned 11 varsity letters, mostly spanning cross country and track & field for the Seahawks under head coach Joseph Schuler…received honorable mention for outdoor track & field and First Team honors for indoor track & field…contributed to a 2019 state championship with her school’s 4x800-meter relay…was a state runner-up at 3,200 meters as a senior and an indoor state champion at 1,600 meters as a junior…won district titles at 1,600 and 3,200 meters as a senior…also played soccer.
About Gulgert: Full name is Isabelle Adrienne Gulgert…is the daughter of Bill and Laura Gulgert...majoring in social work…has a brother, Liam, and a sister, Audrey.
