Draper in 2008-09: Draper is a talented guard who will be expected to make immediate contributions for the Red Raiders and could crack the starting lineup. He is an excellent point guard that is also capable of making the 3-point shot and has gained experience in his two years at Lackawanna College.

Junior College: In two seasons with Lackawanna, Draper scored 494 points and tallied 172 assists to go along with 127 rebounds and 96 steals. He shot 77 percent from the foul line, 46 percent from the field, and 40 percent from the 3-point line. As a second year team captain, Draper averaged 14 points, five assists, four rebounds, and three steals per game. In 2006-2007 he was named NJCAA Preseason Third Team All-American. He finished the season as a first team selection in the XIX region. He graduated from Lackawanna in May with an associate’s degree in business studies.

High School: Was the 2004-05 Player of the Year in the Lackawanna Conference while at Scranton High School…was also a two-time MVP of the Lynett Classic and two-time championships of the event in 2003-04 and 2004-05.
