SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University men's outdoor track & field team have had eight of its athletes selected to compete at the 2026 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships, which will be held May 21-23 at Emporia State University in Kansas.
 
It will be the first NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships appearance for all eight of the Raiders who were selected to compete.
 
The 4x100-meter relay team of Ni'male Greenwood, Gabriel Lewis, Lavar Jackson and Ke'Aune Green earned the No. 2 seed by virtue of their Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) record set during the prelims of the league championships.
 
Individually, Lewis is the No. 1 seed in the 100 meters thanks to his PSAC record of 10.03 seconds set during the regular season. Green is the No. 16 seed in the 100 meters and also the No. 22 seed in the 200 meters, having recorded times of 10.28 seconds and 20.89 seconds respectively. Green's 200-meter time is also a new PSAC record.
 
Tommy Crum Jr. is the No. 16 seed in the 1.500 meters; his regular-season time of 3:43.93 is a new all-time PSAC record.
 
Garrett Quinan is the No. 18 seed in the 10K. His qualifying time of 29:37.90 was achieved under the lights in April at Bucknell's Bison Outdoor Challenge.
 
Gian Greggo is the No. 7 seed in the shot put (18.22 meters). His school record of
 
Jackson Hersh is the No. 13 seed in the javelin (68.34 meters).
 
SU's travel party is also expected to include Jak Kearney, who is set to serve as the alternate for the 4x100-meter relay.
