Jaydon Smith have both been named to the 2025-26 All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Men's Basketball Team announced Thursday afternoon by the conference office.
Frank earned a spot on the All-PSAC East First Team for the second straight season, while Smith was selected to the East Second Team. It is the first All-PSAC recognition of Smith's career.
Frank ranked as one of the conference's best and most efficient scorers in 2025-26, finishing fourth in the PSAC with 18.5 points per game and fifth in the league with a .520 field goal percentage.
The SU guard was selected three times as the Eastern Division Athlete of the Week this season (Nov. 24, Jan. 5, Jan. 20).
Frank's 501 points in 2025-26 made him just the third player with multiple 500-point seasons in school history, joining Dustin Sleva and Chuck Davis. He reached that total despite missing two games and being limited upon his return due to a late season injury.
Frank scored 20-or-more points a total of 14 times. He also eclipsed 100 career steals and shot a career-high 33.8 percent from three-point range.
Smith emerged as one of the East's top two-way players in 2025-26. He was second on the team and tied for 16th in the conference in scoring, averaging 15.0 points per game.
The sophomore guard ranked sixth in the league in both three-point field goal percentage (.407) and free throw percentage (.816). He reached double figures in scoring in 26 of his 29 outings this season, while his 32.7 minutes per game led the team and ranked 12th-best in the PSAC.
Frank and Smith helped the Raiders to 14 wins in 2025-26, the teams' most since the 2022-23 campaign.
A pair of Millersville teammates garnered two of the Eastern Division's four major awards, as Day Waters was tabbed the Eastern Division Athlete of the Year and Aamir Hurst was named Defensive Player of the Year. East Stroudsburg forward Adrian Brito was tabbed the league's Freshman of the Year, while Shepherd's Justin Namolik received Coach of the Year honors.
