SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg University Cheerleading has announced its 2026-27 tryout date: Saturday, May 2, at 9 a.m. in Henderson Gymnasium.
 
Tryouts are open to all individuals who will be enrolled as a full-time student at SU in the Fall of 2026.

Pre-registration for the 2026-27 tryouts is REQUIRED. The direct link to register for tryouts is HERE.

Optional Pre-Tryout Clinics
Cheerleading has also announced that it will be holding two optional pre-tryout clinics. Those dates are Sunday, April 12 (REGISTER HERE) and Sunday, April 26 (REGISTER HERE). Both optional clinics will be from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Attendance at the pre-tryout clinics is not required to participate in the May 2 tryout, however pre-registration is REQUIRED.  

Registration information must be submitted by Friday at 4 p.m. preceding each of the optional tryout dates.
