Junior thrower Gian Greggo represented the Shippensburg University men's indoor track & field team Saturday on Day 2 of the 2026 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships an All-America Second Team performance in the shot put.
 
The 2026 NCAA Championships were held Friday and Saturday at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
 
Greggo – making his debut at the national championships – achieved a mark of 55-feet, 0.75-inches (16.78 meters) to put him in 16th place nationally. He fouled his first two attempts before registering the mark on his final throw.
 
Greggo set the school record in the event (60-feet 0.25-inches) at Penn State's Sykes and Sabock Challenge earlier this season. He also placed second at the 2026 PSAC Indoor Championships.
