Wednesday, Feb. 4 is National Girls and Women in Sports Day. 

Throughout the day, Shippensburg University's chapter of Tau Kappa, our women's athletics honors sorority, will be posting content to its Instagram page in which many of its members answered various prompts, discussing topics including individuals who were major influences, and advice they would provide to young athletes.
