The Shippensburg University women's basketball team dropped a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division road matchup Wednesday at Bloomsburg, 76-45.

McKenzie Thomas scored seven of the Raiders' first 13 points and finished with a team-high 15. She converted 2-of-3 from three-point range and chipped-in two steals and a blocked shot defensively.
Makayla Foddrell finished just shy of a double-double, totaling eight points and 11 rebounds. It was her second career game with double-digit boards (Foddrell pulled down a career-high 13 Dec. 13 at Pitt-Johnstown).
Bloomsburg (7-6, 3-3) blitzed the Raiders to the tune of a 24-4 lead after the first ten minutes. The Huskies shot 58.8 percent from the field, assisted on eight-of-ten first quarter baskets, and did not commit a single foul.
The Huskies turned the ball over just twice in the first half while forcing 11 miscues defensively. Additionally, a 28-to-8 advantage in points in the paint resulted in a 44-18 Bloomsburg edge at the break.
Alison Hatajik led Bloomsburg with 19 points and two blocks. Kelly Leszcynski totaled 15 points, including a 4-of-5 night from beyond the arc. Leszcynski also contributed a team-best five assists and three steals.
