SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg University head lacrosse coach
Brooke DellaValle has confirmed the recruitment of eleven student-athletes who have each agreed to attend the university and will suit up for the Raider lacrosse program for the 2026 season.
The recruiting class will bolster an improving Raider squad that won eight games in 2025, marking a four-win increase from the previous season and the program's most victories in a single campaign in 11 years. Those results earned DellaValle the 2025 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Coach of the Year award.
"Our 2026 recruiting class is a very strong group that plays with passion," DellaValle said. "I am very excited to see what's in store for us in 2026 as they bring that mindset and talent to our already talented team!"
The group consists of four attackers, three midfielders, one defender and one goalkeeper. Seven of the newcomers hail from Pennsylvania, while three are from Maryland and one is from New Jersey.
