PUEBLO, Col. – Shippensburg University's Abby Reasoner represented the Raiders in the javelin on Saturday in competition at the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Colorado State University Pueblo.
 
Reasoner finished in 14th place, posting a top mark of 146 feet, 1 inch (44.54 meters) that was achieved on her second attempt. She threw 137 feet, 9 inches (41.98 meters) on her first attempt and fouled her third attempt.
 
Overall, Reasoner finishes as a four-time U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region, a two-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) performer in the javelin and the 2024 league champion.
 
Reasoner's personal best of 155 feet (47.25 meters) achieved this season at Lynchburg is the No. 3 mark in school history.
 
On Saturday, Reasoner was one of four PSAC javelin throwers in competition. Bloomsburg's Kelly Leszcynski won the national championship with a throw of 170 feet, 10 inches (52.07 meters) on her first attempt. Slippery Rock's Bella Bartoletti finished 11th, while IUP's Kaylla Williams placed 13th.
 
Reasoner's performance on Saturday concludes the 2025 outdoor track & field season for the Raiders.
