PUEBLO, Col. – Shippensburg University's
Abby Reasoner represented the Raiders in the javelin on Saturday in competition at the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Colorado State University Pueblo.

Reasoner finished in 14th place, posting a top mark of 146 feet, 1 inch (44.54 meters) that was achieved on her second attempt. She threw 137 feet, 9 inches (41.98 meters) on her first attempt and fouled her third attempt.

Overall, Reasoner finishes as a four-time U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region, a two-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) performer in the javelin and the 2024 league champion.

Reasoner's personal best of 155 feet (47.25 meters) achieved this season at Lynchburg is the No. 3 mark in school history.

On Saturday, Reasoner was one of four PSAC javelin throwers in competition. Bloomsburg's Kelly Leszcynski won the national championship with a throw of 170 feet, 10 inches (52.07 meters) on her first attempt. Slippery Rock's Bella Bartoletti finished 11th, while IUP's Kaylla Williams placed 13th.
