SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Four members of the Shippensburg University baseball team were selected to the Division II Collegiate Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Atlantic Region Baseball Team Tuesday.

Graduate starting pitcher Jaxon Dalena and junior utility player AJ Wenrich were selected to the First Team. Senior outfielder Gio Calamia and sophomore catcher Mason Morris were named to the Second Team.

It is Dalena's second All-Region recognition this season, having previously been named to the All-Atlantic Region First Team by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA). It is his second time being named D2CCA All-Region, having been named to the Second Team in 2024.

It is also the second All-Region honor for Calamia, who was chosen to the 2025 NCBWA All-Atlantic Region Second Team. It is his first time receiving All-Region recognition from the D2CCA. It is the first All-Region honor of any kind for Wenrich and Morris.

Dalena, the 2025 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Pitcher of the Year and All-PSAC East First Team selection, topped the Atlantic Region in strikeouts (99) and games started (14). His strikeout total ranked 12th-best in the nation and fifth all-time in SU single season history.

He ranked top-five in the region in numerous additional categories, including complete games (2nd, five), victories (T-3rd, eight) and strikeouts per nine innings (4th, 10.73). His 3.36 ERA ranked 11th in the region.

Wenrich was one of two SU players to start all 50 games this past season. He ranked fifth in the conference and seventh regionally with 12 home runs. He posted a .319 batting average while alternating between third base and the corner outfield spots defensively.

Wenrich was previously named to the 2025 All-PSAC East Second Team.

Calamia concluded the 2025 season tied for third in the Atlantic Region in total hits (66) and fifth in the region in total bases (111).

The Raider center fielder also finished tied for fourth regionally with four triples and paced the region with seven sacrifice flies. A 2025 All-PSAC East First Team selection, Calamia is one of just 33 players in program history to reach 100 career RBI.

Morris started 40 of SU's 50 games at catcher yet still managed to post a team-best .361 batting average, including a .398 clip during SU's regular season conference slate.

He ranked 11th in the Atlantic Region in on base percentage (.476) and led the Raiders in on-base plus slugging (OPS) at 1.009.

Morris was previously named to the 2025 All-PSAC East First Team.
