To achieve an Academic All-Conference classification, a student-athlete must have completed both two seasons of athletic eligibility and four semesters academically with at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).
Â
Additional criteria is based on participation that varies by sport. For what the PSAC designates a "team sport," (in this case, field hockey, volleyball, football, men's soccer and women's soccer), a student-athlete must have played in 70 percent of their team's matches through the completion of the conference championship.
Â
For the purpose of Academic All-Conference honors, the PSAC defines cross country as an "individual sport." The additional requirements for cross country is that an eligible student-athlete must have finished among their team's Top 7 runners in at least three meets through the NCAA Regional Championships or finished among the top half of the field in either the conference championship race or the regional championship race.
Â
Recognition is based solely on meeting the above criteria. GPAs were calculated through the previous completed semester (Spring 2025).
