SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg University head baseball coach Matt Jones has confirmed the recruitment of eleven student-athletes who have each agreed to attend the university and will suit up for the Raider baseball program this fall and in the spring of 2025.
 
The recruiting class represents five different states, including six from Pennsylvania, two from Virginia and one each from New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.
 
In terms of position, four of the eleven newcomers are pitchers, three are catchers, three play the outfield and one is an infielder.
 
"Our staff is excited to welcome this group of exceptional young men to the Shippensburg Baseball program," said Sean Williamson, SU assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. "This class includes a lot of dynamic ball players that will no doubt have great careers and contribute to many victories during their time at Ship."
