SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg University senior attacker Sara Vosburg and sophomore defender Grace DeMarzio were chosen to the 2024 All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Lacrosse Team Wednesday.

Vosburg was selected to the All-PSAC East First Team, while DeMarzio earned a spot on the East Second Team. It is the first All-Conference recognition for both players.

Voting for the All-PSAC squad is conducted by the league's head coaches.

Vosburg finished the 2024 campaign seventh in the PSAC with 49 goals scored and became the 17th player in program history to reach the 100-goal milestone.

She paced the Raiders in goals, points (60), shots on goal (91) and tied for the team lead in caused turnovers (26).

Vosburg scored three or more goals 10 times, including a season-high six in a win at Millersville April 20.

She is the Raiders' first All-PSAC East First Team attacker since Hannah Seifried in 2022.

DeMarzio had a breakout season as a defender, finishing tied for ninth best in the conference in groundballs (42) and groundballs per game (2.63). She also tied Vosburg for the club lead with 26 caused turnovers.

The standout performances of Vosburg and DeMarzio helped the Raiders double their win total from the previous season.

East Stroudsburg attacker Emily Mitarotonda, who lit up the circuit to the tune of 84 goals, was chosen as the 2024 PSAC Eastern Division Lacrosse Athlete of the Year. West Chester's Ginny Martino (East Coach of the Year) and Jessica Gorr (East Defensive Athlete of the Year) and Bloomsburg's Kayla Stressman (East Freshman of the Year) rounded out the major award winners.
