The Shippensburg University wrestling team returned to action following the winter break by competing Saturday in the Manganaro Duals hosted by Ursinus College.
 
Shippensburg (1-8) sophomore Kyler Everly and sophomore Trey Shoemaker picked up three wins in four matches as the Raiders fell to the likes of Johnson & Wales (28-22), Trinity (Conn.) (33-20), Ursinus (35-14) and Oneonta (38-6).
 
Everly's three wins each came via pin, tying him with Shoemaker for the team lead on the season (6). Shoemaker earned bonus points in two of his three victories.
 
Sophomore Owen Koch recorded two wins Saturday, while redshirt-junior Andrew Wert, sophomore Cole Lang, freshman Liam Bostrom, graduate Demetrius Daniels and senior Connor Livingston also picked up wins.
 
The Raiders next travel to Seton Hill for conference dual meet Wednesday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m.
