The Shippensburg University women's outdoor track & field team completed a long weekend at Bucknell on a hot Sunday with several noteworthy performances at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
 
The 4x400-meter relay team of Kayla Dalhouse, Aliyah Serrano, Leah Graybill and Caroline Mastria finished second to the host Bison with a strong time of 3:50.33 that moves the Raiders atop the conference leaderboard in the event.
 
Also on Sunday, the 4x100-meter relay of Serrano, Sara McKean, Dalhouse and Graybill ran 47.14 seconds – about a half second off its season best and school record set two weeks ago.
 
Individually, Graybill ran third in the 200 meters with a time of 23.92 seconds, while Serrano ran 25.28 seconds. Melanie Barger completed the 100-meter hurdles in 15.67 seconds and the 400-meter hurdles in 1:06.50.
 
Kelsey Hull moved into the Top 10 of the conference leaderboard in the 800 meters by running 2:19.87.
 
Abby Reasoner landed another solid javelin throw – her top toss traveled 138 feet, 2 inches and is just three inches off her season best and PR.
 
Katie McNesby matched her season best in the pole vault with a clearance of 10 feet, 11 ¾ inches.
 
Shippensburg returns to action Wednesday when it hosts the Midweek Invitational at Seth Grove Stadium.
