Carlos Carter was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the second straight week Monday.
Carter was recognized by the league office after averaging 21 points and 8 boards in two games for the first-place Raiders.
Carter continued his current tear of efficient and consistent scoring, converting 58.6% from the field (17-of-29) and 50.0% from beyond the arc (4-of-8) over the course of the week.
He finished with 20-or-more points in both outings, tallying 20 in a 67-63 loss to Millersville and 22 in an 84-79 victory over Bloomsburg in overtime.
The performances increased his streak of 20-or-more points scored to five straight games.

This is the third weekly honor for Carter so far this season. He previously picked up the PSAC Eastern Division Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week honor Jan. 30 and Feb. 13.
