The Shippensburg University men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision at Lock Haven on Wednesday night in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division matchup at Hubert Jack Stadium.
 
Shippensburg (2-3-1, 0-3-1 PSAC East) fell behind quickly in the first half when Lock Haven (3-4-2, 1-1-2) midfielder Connor Swope charged up field off a throw-in and was able to chip it past sophomore goalkeeper Cody Willoughby to take an early 1-0 lead.
 
Later in the half, Bald Eagles midfielder Dean Lewis fired a shot into the top left corner off a pass from Jimmy Pombor.
 
Lock Haven buried a third goal in the second half when forward Austin Kravetz collected a through ball and snuck it past Willoughby.
 
Willoughby made six stops in the contest. Lock Haven finished with a 9-5 advantage in shots on goal.
 
SU was shut out by Lock Haven for the first time since 2008.
 
Shippensburg hosts Shepherd at 4 p.m. Saturday at David See Field.
