SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University women's soccer team ended its regular season with a tie against Bloomsburg in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division on Saturday afternoon, at David See Field, 1-1.
 
Shippensburg (6-6-6, 5-5-6 PSAC East) scored its lone goal from a rocket kick by sophomore Olivia Stephen from the top of the box.
 
Bloomsburg (13-3-2, 11-3-2), the Eastern Division's No. 2 seed in the upcoming PSAC Tournament, were on the offensive for most of the match and scored within the first 13 minutes. The Huskies had a 10-5 shots on goal advantage.
 
Sophomore Morgan Molyneaux totaled eight saves.
 
Shippensburg entered the match with a shot at the final playoff berth in the Eastern Division. SU needed a win and an East Stroudsburg loss at West Chester, but the Warriors posted a tie at the 81st minute to clinch the fourth and final seed.
 
The match marked the final contest for SU's academic seniors and expected graduates:
