The Shippensburg University women's swimming team hit the road Wednesday night and competed in a dual meet at IUP in which the host Crimson Hawks emerged victorious.
 
The Raiders achieved three runner-up finishes in Wednesday's competition. Sophomore Allie Keeling finished second in the 200-yard freestyle, swimming 2:01.08, while sophomore Lauren Croll delivered a time of 27.65 seconds in the 50-yard butterfly. Junior Michaela Hersh swam the 200-yard IM in 2:19.62.
 
The quartet of Croll, Keeling, freshman Grace Reagan and senior Marina Cote ended the meet with a second-place time in the 400-yard freestyle relay of 3:55.55. The meet opened with Hersh, junior Alyssa Tomb, sophomore Kristin Gebhard and Croll completing the 200-yard medley relay in 1:56.23.
 
Shippensburg returns to action Friday, Oct. 21 at Fairmont State.
