This is the first time that Shippensburg has ever hosted the PSAC Men's Basketball Final Four. Shippensburg won its first Eastern Division championship this season and just its third divisional title in school history.

Sunday's game pits the defending league champion (IUP) against the 2017 champion (Shippensburg). The two teams last met in the PSAC Tournament in 2017, when the Raiders defeated the Crimson Hawks in overtime in the PSAC Semifinals.
