SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The No. 24-ranked Shippensburg University men's basketball team came up short Saturday in a madcap double-overtime affair with Lock Haven that featured 18 ties and 10 lead changes, with the visiting Bald Eagles emerging victorious in a 104-103 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division matchup from Heiges Field House.
