Shippensburg University women's soccer junior Mackenzie Mitchell completed a takeover of the NCAA Division II Instagram story on Monday, giving viewers a look at the day in the life of a Shippensburg University student-athlete.

Mitchell's day included moments from her on-campus internship, women's soccer practice, SUTV coverage and much more.
