SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The 2020 Shippensburg University Athletics Hall of Fame class will be announced in a pre-produced video recognition on Friday, Nov. 13 as a part of Homecoming weekend.
 
The 35th annual induction ceremony will be posted at 12:30 p.m. noon on Nov. 13 to the SU Athletics Facebook and YouTube pages.
 
A full press release and a link to the video recognition will also be posted to the SU Athletics website, www.shipraiders.com.
 
The lasting effects of the coronavirus pandemic have prevented a ceremony from being held on campus during Homecoming weekend. The Nov. 13 video recognition will feature messages from each inductee.
 
Despite the lack of an on-campus ceremony in 2020, the plan is to afford each inductee an opportunity to be recognized in-person at the 2021 ceremony.
