RECAP: Men’s Soccer Drops Season Finale at Lock Haven, 4-2

Marks, Crabbe score for Raiders in the loss

The Shippensburg University men's soccer team dropped its final match of the season on Friday, 4-2, at Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division opponent Lock Haven from Hubert Jack Stadium.

Shippensburg (2-10-3, 2-9-1 PSAC East) scored the first two goals of the match, and led 2-1 at halftime, but the Bald Eagle attack struck three times in the second 45 minutes of play.

Lock Haven (10-8, 7-5 PSAC) held statistical advantages in shots on goal (9-5) and corners (6-5), while goalkeeper Camden Cook made three saves.

The Raider goals were scored less than a minute apart, the first on a penalty kick in the 36th minute from senior Colin Marks, his fourth of the season. Fifty-four seconds later, freshman Seth Crabbe took a quick shot that landed top corner. Marks earned an assist on the tally.

Senior Bradley Brickman made four saves in 65 minutes of action, while freshman Jacob Zlotshewer had a save in just short of 25 minutes in goal.
