The Shippensburg University football team seeks its sixth consecutive victory and claim to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division title on Saturday as it travels to take on Kutztown at Andre Reed Stadium.

Kutztown is having a large celebration of its 100th year of football on Saturday. Halftime has been extended to 25 minutes to accommodate the many festivities planned for the day.

Broadcast Information
Live audio coverage of the game will be provided by Shippensburg University's student radio station (WSYC) and can be accessed online, through Tune In Radio, and over terrestrial radio at 88.7 FM. Live video will be provided by Kutztown at the link posted above.

Last Week
• The Shippensburg University football team set multiple single-game school records Saturday in a rout of visiting Millersville, as the Red Raiders totaled 10 sacks, returned three punts for touchdowns and scored five different ways in a 63-7 victory over the Marauders at SU Student Association Field at Seth Grove Stadium.
• In a trip to Lock Haven, Kutztown received a scare as the host Bald Eagles tied the game at 13-13 early in the third quarter. However, the Golden Bears responded with 21 straight points in a span of 15 minutes on their way to a 34-20 victory to keep themselves alive with slim hopes for the PSAC East title.

Series History: Red Raiders vs. Golden Bears
• The Red Raiders lead the overall series 48-17-2. SU has won the last four meetings and 13 of the last 16 overall.
• The two teams first met in 1929 with the host, Shippensburg, winning 26-12.
• Saturday's game marks the first time since 2012 since the Red Raiders have played at Kutztown. In 2012, SU won 73-35 behind nine touchdown passes by Zach Zulli. Wide receiver Trevor Harman caught 18 passes, including five touchdowns. All three marks tied conference records at the time.

A Simple Formula
• With one game remaining in the divisional schedule, the title picture has become somewhat more clear. With a win, Shippensburg wins the East and hosts the State Game next Saturday.
• SU and West Chester are both currently 5-1 atop the PSAC East, but the Red Raiders hold the head-to-head tiebreaker after a 27-11 win over the Golden Rams on Oct. 17.
• If Shippensburg does not win at Kutztown and West Chester wins, the Golden Rams win the division. If both lose, the door is opened to a host of tiebreaker scenarios, some of which include ping pong balls or coin flips.

Consistent Winner
• The Week 8 win over Cheyney guaranteed the fifth consecutive winning season for the Red Raiders under head coach Mark 'Mac' Maciejewski '92/'96M.
• After Saturday's win over Millersville, SU clinched its fourth seven-plus win season under Maciejewski. Coach Mac is just the third coach in SU history with four or more seven-plus win seasons. Vinton Rambo (1947-1954) also had four seasons with seven plus wins. Rocky Rees (1990-2010) had seven seasons with seven or more wins.
• Maciejewski is currently ranked fifth all-time in SU history with 38 career victories.
• This current stretch is the first time SU has had five straight winning seasons since 1974-78 under coaches Gene Epley (1974-75) and Joe Mark (1976-78). Maciejewski is the just the second coach in school history to begin his SU tenure with five straight winning seasons and the first since legendary SU Hall of Famer Ed Gulian did so from 1934-38.
