SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- The Shippensburg University basketball teams return to the court this weekend after a 15-day layoff with home PSAC crossover matches against Edinboro and Slippery Rock.

The women's matches will tip at 5:30 p.m. on both Friday AND Saturday, with the men's games to follow at approximately 7:30 p.m.

NOTE: The women's basketball fan club autograph session origially scheduled for this weekend has been re-scheduled for Saturday, January 19.

WOMEN: SU (7-3, 3-2) enters the weekend in a four-way tie for second place in the division, joining Kutztown, East Stroudsburg and Bloomsburg. Millersville leads the East with a 4-1 PSAC record. The Raiders will host Edinboro (7-2, 4-1), who is tied for second in the PSAC West, and Slippery Rock (2-7, 1-4), who is seventh in the PSAC West.

MEN: SU (2-7, 0-5) enters the weekend tied with Bloomsburg for seventh place in the PSAC Eastern Division. The Raiders will host Edinboro (7-2, 3-2), who is in a four-way tie for second place in the PSAC Western Division, and Slippery Rock (7-2, 4-1), who is tied with IUP atop the West standings.
