The Shippensburg University tennis team dropped its first two full matches of the season to Edinboro and Mercyhurst on Sunday afternoon in PSAC crossover action from the Westwood Racquet Club in Erie.

Brooke DeVito formed a winning pair at No. 3 doubles, earning an 8-2 decision over the Fighting Scots' Midori Yamazaki and Lydia Browne.
Junior
Daniela Delgado won five games at No. 4 singles while junior
Hannah Wolfe dropped a decisive 6-4 decision in the second set at No. 5 singles.
The Raiders lost to Mercyhurst (5-0), 9-0, in the afternoon.
SU will travel to Georgian Court on Monday for a noon match.
