LEWISBURG, Pa. – Junior
Amanda Raudabaugh and sophomore
Katie Spratford posted NCAA provisional qualifying marks on Friday to highlight the distance crew that represented the Shippensburg women's outdoor track and field team at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Raudabaugh posted the PSAC's top time to date in the 1,500 meters with a provisional mark of 4:30.83 – eight seconds faster than her previous season best and a seven-second improvement on her PR. Seniors
Emily Dubs and
Jamie McCollum both ran extremely well in the race, posting respective PRs of 4:38.03 and 4:39.99.
Spratford's provisional mark of 16:47.82 is 36 seconds faster than her indoor PR set in February. Freshmen
Patty Reis,
Emma Shank and
Laura Antinucci all posted conference qualifiers – with Reis posting a time below 18 minutes. Senior
Stephanie Sleboda erased more than 30 seconds off her previous PR with a time of 18:53.
Junior
Sarah Strayer earned her conference qualifier in the 10K with a time of 38:05.10.
