The Raiders led by as many as nine points in the contest and maintained a five-point advantage with two minutes remaining in regulation before the nip-and-tuck battle down the stretch.

The Bobcats got 80 of their 85 points from its five starters, 67 of which came from reigning All-WVIAC First Team player Jamie Kaufman and Lydia Bridenbaugh.
Kaufman had 17 of the team's 32 first-half points and finished the game with a season-high 35 points on 14-of-21 shooting. However, she missed the second of two free-throw attempts with nine seconds remaining that could have tied the score for the Bobcats.
Shawna Wert was immediately fouled and hit both free throws to put SU up three, 74-71.
Bridenbaugh, who added 32 points of her own in the contest, drained a three-pointer at the horn to send the game into overtime. It was the only three-pointer Bridenbaugh attempted in the contest.
SU was limited to five points in the extra session. Bridenbaugh scored nine of Wesleyan's 11 points in overtime, including five key free throws in the last 30 seconds of play.
