SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Senior Miles Harriger scored his fourth goal of the season Saturday afternoon off an assist by senior Dave Rostad, but the Shippensburg men's soccer team could not handle No. 13 Slippery Rock and dropped a 4-1 decision from Egli Field.

Shippensburg (3-5, 1-3 PSAC) allowed two goals in each half to The Rock, including a hat trick by Kenneth Fultz. Sophomore goalkeeper Clay Sale made four saves in the loss. Harriger's tally was recorded in the 62nd minute.

The Red Raiders return home Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. against the Firebirds of UDC.
