Limestone (8-1) responded with 14 unanswered goals to take control. The team utilized its depth with frequent substitutions and maintained possession for most of the contest with a 20-4 edge in draw controls. The visiting Saints fired 35 shots on the afternoon, forcing sophomore
Meghan Kearney to make 12 saves in the contest.
The other goal scorer on the afternoon for Shippensburg was junior
Rachael Murray, who added a tally with 5:34 remaining. Kearney also had three groundballs defensively, while Kuntzmann had two caused turnovers.
The Lady Raiders will continue PSAC Eastern Division play on Monday with a 4 p.m. match at West Chester.
