BLOOMSBURG, Pa. - The Shippensburg University men's soccer teams responded to a one-goal deficit in the first half on Saturday evening from Sports Stadium by scoring three unanswered tallies to win its fourth-straight match, 3-1 at Bloomsburg.

Shippensburg (7-5, 3-3 PSAC) moved into a tie for third place in the PSAC with the victory and has established its longest winning streak since 2004. The Raiders have also allowed one goal or less in seven of their 12 matches this season.

Just four minutes after falling behind in the first half, SU tied the score in the 35th minute with an excellent set piece off a corner kick. Freshman Oli Templeton sent one into the box that was headed into the net by sophomore Austin Hill for his second goal of the season.

In the 54th minute, SU took the lead on another corner kick. Sophomore Taylor Hudson got his second goal of the season after a deflection off the goaltender.

The lead was solidified in the 71st minute when junior Jeremy Taylor sent a feed that was finished by senior Miles Harriger for his team-leading sixth goal of the season.

Shippensburg continues its crucial PSAC stretch of play at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at West Chester.
