Amy Fisher continued her outstanding season with three first-place finishes on Friday night in a PSAC dual meet from Bloomsburg while freshman

Shippensburg (3-3), who returned to the pool for its first competition since December 6, also had a winning performance from the 200-yard medley relay team of Brownrigg, Ballard, sophomore

Whitney Garner. The quartet won by two full seconds with a time of 1:51.89.
The lead swimmer for Shippensburg however was Fisher, who won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:13.79 and the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:36.92. The time in the 1,000 is a new season-best that sits 14 seconds than her effort against Clarion on November 7. Fisher also won the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:13.03 that is three seconds faster than her previous team-best for the season.
Brownrigg won the 100-yard backstroke with a solid time of 1:00.76 and the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:11.55. Ballard won the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:09.42 and the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:30.33. Capozzi also earned an individual first-place finish with the top time in the 50-yard freestyle (25.00), just a half second off her previous season-best.
Shippensburg will complete its last dual meet of the regular season tomorrow with Senior Day from Donald N. Miller Pool inside Heiges Field House. The Lady Raiders will take to the pool at 1 p.m. against IUP.
