MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - The Shippensburg men's soccer team fought hard against No. 3 Millersville on Saturday night from the Biemesderfer, but a hat trick in the opening 20 minutes by Marauder forward Kyle Loughlin created an insurmountable deficit in a 4-0 road loss.

Shippensburg (0-4-2, 0-2-2 PSAC East) received five saves in the first half from freshman goalkeeper Clay Sale while freshman Andrew Foran worked the final 45 minutes. Redshirt freshman Chris Schlegel recorded the lone SU shot on goal in the game.

The Red Raiders return to action on Wednesday with a road contest at the University of Charleston. Game time is 2 p.m.
