Shippensburg red-shirt senior goalkeeper Brad Patke made seven saves for the Red Raider soccer team on Tuesday afternoon in a non-conference matchup at West Virginia Wesleyan but the team could not get the offense going, dropping a 3-0 decision to the homestanding Bobcats.

Shippensburg (1-5-2) was only able to fire four shots on goal and eight total shots in the game, as Bobcat goaltender George Rowley made four saves for the shutout. West Virginia Wesleyan recorded a 20-8 margin in shots and a 9-2 advantage in corner kicks.

Dylan Boyd, Joe Johns and Diego Michelato scored for the Bobcats.

Shippensburg will return to David See Field on Saturday for a PSAC crossover contest with Mercyhurst. The match will begin at 3 p.m.
