BLOOMSBURG, Pa. - Shippensburg University women's lacrosse senior
Kelly Erisman made her first start of the season and led the offense with two goals, but it wasn't enough as the Lady Raiders dropped their fourth-straight conference contest on Monday, 13-5 at Bloomsburg.
Since scoring a season-high 19 goals at Slippery Rock on March 25, Shippensburg (2-7, 2-5 PSAC) has been outscored 56-23 during its four-game losing streak. Two of those four losses have come against teams currently ranked in the top-5 in Division II.
The Lady Raiders have also lost four of five games on the road this season.
Bloomsburg (5-5, 5-3 PSAC) outscored Shippensburg 6-2 in the first half and added seven more tallies in the second half en route to the eight-goal victory.
Kelsey Quigley totaled a game-high six points on three goals and three assists for the Huskies who maintained its third place standing in the PSAC along with East Stroudsburg. Meanwhile, Shippensburg fell two games behind the Huskies and Warriors for the final playoff spot in the conference championship semifinals on April 29.

Brooke Miller fasced 36 shots and made three saves while Bloomsburg held a 34-18 edge in ground balls.
During its four-game losing streak, the Lady Raiders have surrendered 114 shots and 108 ground balls while committing 89 turnovers.

Karen Schnurr also scored for Shippensburg who was held to its second-lowest output of the season.
The Lady Raiders return to action on Thursday against Millersville at Robb Sports Complex beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Marauders handed Shippensburg a 16-9 road loss back on March 19.
