PSAC Women's Soccer Teams
LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Shippensburg University women's soccer seniors
Gayle Kuntzmann and
Brittany Oncay were recognized on Thursday afternoon with selections to the All-PSAC Eastern Division soccer teams. Kuntzmann received her second career first-team honor while Oncay received her second career second-team honor.
Kuntzmann finished her career second in school history for career goals with and is the only player over the last four years to appear in all 78 of the Shippensburg's games. During her tenure, Gayle compiled 46 career goals and 18 assists for 110 career points and made 66 starts. She was an All-PSAC First teamer last year, a second-team selection in '07 and the PSAC East Rookie of the Year in 2006.
Oncay was one of the most valuable defenders in recent memory for Shippensburg, helping solidify the back line for Long and the rest of the team. A two-time All-PSAC Second team selection, Oncay appeared in 77 games during her career and made 76 starts. Last season she recorded an assist for her first career point.
