2009-10 (Freshman): Competed during the outdoor season in her debut campaign with the Raiders…ran in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Lynchburg Invitational…also participated in the steeplechase and on a 4x400-meter relay squad.
Colts Neck High School: Earned 12 varsity letters as an outstanding high school athlete for the Cougars under head coach Jim Schlentz…achieved two All-America honors…thrived in the mile...won a championship with her 4xmile squad.
Personal: Full name is Alexandra Leigh Flott…is the daughter of Matt and Cathy Flott…majoring in exercise science.
